Manager, Revenue Management

The Revenue Manager is responsible for analyzing our pricing approach across our portfolio of brands. They will develop pricing strategy, provide direction to the sales teams, produce materials to aid in communication to customers, and monitor key metrics. This individual will support the sales team with guidance to maximize their overall financial goals
Create category strategies and guidelines that optimize company revenue via brand price & pack architecture, managing portfolio and channel item mix, and refining promotion plan across channels/customers/regions.
Increase investment efficiency in Fines & Fees, Cash Discounts, Coupons
Analyze key business metrics (sales, share, volume, profit, etc.) to ensure category strategies and guidelines are delivering expected results. Adjust and refine plans as needed to maintain market performance.
Participate as a member of the cross-functional strategy team, providing reports, analysis, insights, and recommendations on current and future business plans, to include new product launches.
Direct sales group in finding and developing channel/market opportunities, to include e-commerce, B2B sales, and upcountry markets.
Partner with Category Development Managers to define current and future category growth drivers that will shape retailer and Unilever go-to-market strategies and plans.
Perform other duties as required.
3-5 years’ sales or related experience
Direct experience in revenue management and / or pricing analytics preferred
Experience or exposure to sales finance
Experience in CPG is a plus
Prior experience manipulating large data sets to extract trends and insights
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines
